Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Forsico's AI project planning platform.

    General

    What is Forsico?

Forsico is an AI project agent platform. You upload documents or describe your idea in plain language, and Forsico generates a full project plan — tasks, timelines, and risk assessments — automatically, instead of you building a board by hand.

How is Forsico different from Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp?

Traditional tools give you boards and fields that you configure yourself. Forsico's AI does that configuration for you: describe the project once, and it drafts the task breakdown, assignments, and schedule. It also runs ongoing risk analysis (budget overruns, schedule slip) that most PM tools require manual dashboards to approximate.

    What languages does Forsico support?

The product interface is available in English, Turkish, Spanish, German, French, and Arabic.

    Who is Forsico built for?

Teams that regularly start projects from documents or a written brief: software teams doing sprint planning, marketing teams running campaigns, product teams planning releases, and agencies or consultancies scoping client work.

    Pricing

    Is Forsico free?

The Project Risk Audit tool is free with no sign-up required. The full platform (AI planning, task boards, integrations) is paid, with Basic, Plus, and Plus Plus tiers — see current pricing at forsico.io/#pricing.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, paid plans are billed per user per month and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings — there's no long-term contract requirement.

    Features & AI

How does the AI project planner actually work?

You describe a goal or upload source documents (briefs, specs, contracts). Forsico's AI reads that input, breaks it into a task and milestone structure, estimates a timeline, and flags likely risks. You review and adjust the draft plan before work starts — the AI drafts, you stay in control.

How accurate is the free Risk Audit tool?

It uses standard earned-value metrics (CPI, EAC) plus a Monte Carlo simulation on the four numbers you enter (budget, spend, planned end date, % complete). It's a directional health check, not a replacement for a full project audit — but it's calculated the same way project controls teams do it manually, just instant.

    Integrations & Security

Which tools does Forsico integrate with?

Forsico connects to Jira, Asana, ClickUp, and Trello, and can migrate existing projects from those tools into Forsico — including tasks, statuses, and history — so switching doesn't mean starting from zero.

Do I need to replace my current project management tool?

No — you can migrate fully to Forsico, or run it alongside Jira/Asana/ClickUp/Trello via the webhook sync while you evaluate it. Most teams start with one project inside Forsico before migrating everything.
